Ingredients Needed:1/2 tablespoon of apple juice concentrate1/2 glass of cucumber juice1/2 glass of water
FIRST, wash the cucumber that you need, then chop it up into pieces. And again, the small pieces will reduce the load on the blender, and makes it easier to blend!
SECOND, put the pieces into the blender and blend the cucumber to get the cucumber juice! Seems fairly easy right? Now let us move on the easiest part of all!
THIRD, just add in 1/2 table spoon of apple juice concentrate and 1/2 cup of water. There, you have your juice!
Now, this juice is simple to make! Go try it! Maybe 2 or 3 months down the road, we'll see everyone in Saint Andrew's Junior College having wonderful complexion! So enough of the joking, back to proper business. This juice did not as high a rating from us, most probably because most of us do not like vegetable juices! Taste preferences might differ, so what you taste may not be what we taste!

Welcome back to MAKING HEALTH JUICES with 09S13! Today, we will be teaching you,
YES YOU, to make the health juice that will help you improve your immune system! We all need this juice because we cannot afford to fall sick! Lessons in school are not to be missed!

Ingredients Needed:AppleCarrotLemonGingerGarlicFIRST, as seen above, chop the apple!
SECOND, Then go on to chop up the carrot!
THIRD, Peel the lemon, then cut a small piece of ginger and garlic to finish up the preparation of ingredients!(Once again, the chopping up is to reduce the effort the blender needs to blend the hard ingredients like the carrot. By the way, that's Shawn cutting up the ginger!)
FOURTH, add each ingredient and blend it one by one.
FIFTH, blend for maybe 15 seconds more after the last ingredient is added in, then it is ready to be served!

So there you have it, the health juice to help you improve your immune system! Any fresher, you'd have to blend it yourselves!
Here's what our class rep said, "This juice is very nice! Looks like I won't be falling sick anytime soon!"
And well, look at the eager expression he has! This juice is definitely a must-try for both you and me! So till then, we'll come back for another post on health juices!

Hello yet again to another post on Health Juices! Today, we will be teaching you,
YES YOU, to make the health juice that will help you to reduce stress!
Ingredients Needed:TomatoCoriander LeavesBroccoliCeleryCarrot
FIRST, if you're using a blender like us, chop up your tomatoes, coriander leaves, broccoli, celery, carrots! This is done to reduce the load on your blender, so that your precious blender will not overwork! :D Since this recipe is a vegetable juice (its really HEALTHY!), no water needs to be added into the blend! Vegetables have high water content, so the juice will be watery enough :D (The smell of the juice might be horrendous and widely disliked by all, but this is one health juice that you really should try!)
SECOND, add the tomatoes in!
Blend it!
THIRD, add in the coriander leaves and
blend!
FOURTH, put in the broccoli and yes,
blend!
FIFTH, add in the celery and
blend it! By now you should have obtained a nice mixture! Now on to our last step.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST, add in the carrot,
blend it, and
VOILA! You have your health juice!

Here on 09S13's blog about Health Juices, the juices are direct from the blender! On a side note, vegetables aren't really the tastiest things on earth. But however, when blended correctly, you'd want to have more!

The taste is good! For it to get any fresher, you'd have to blend it yourself!

Hello faithful readers! Here's yet another post on 09S13's wonderful Learning Process for the Learning Festival! To make health juices, we will need ingredients such as those below!

Cucumbers!

Oranges!

Apples!

Bittergourd! (It doesn't taste bitter after blending!)

Celery!

Ginger!

Parsley!

Coriander Leaves!

Carrots!

Pineapple Juice! (We forgot to take a picture of the juice, so you can actually blend a pineapple, without the skin, and then you have the juice)

Broccoli!

Tomatoes!

Lemons!

Grape Juice! (We didn't get those in cans, freshly squeezed grape juice is much nicer, and much healthier!)
Remember that in the previous post, we said to use the ingredients by parts? Yep, it is in a form of a ratio! So before we show you the process, go make some juices! They're quite tasty!
