Hello faithful readers! Here's yet another post on 09S13's wonderful Learning Process for the Learning Festival! To make health juices, we will need ingredients such as those below!

Cucumbers!

Oranges!

Apples!

Bittergourd! (It doesn't taste bitter after blending!)

Celery!

Ginger!

Parsley!

Coriander Leaves!

Carrots!

Pineapple Juice! (We forgot to take a picture of the juice, so you can actually blend a pineapple, without the skin, and then you have the juice)

Broccoli!

Tomatoes!

Lemons!

Grape Juice! (We didn't get those in cans, freshly squeezed grape juice is much nicer, and much healthier!)

Remember that in the previous post, we said to use the ingredients by parts? Yep, it is in a form of a ratio! So before we show you the process, go make some juices! They're quite tasty!
