Improve Digestion-
* Juice ¼ of a pineapple (remove the skin and cut into pieces) with 1 mango (peeled and cut into spears) in your home juicer.
* Make tomato juice from 1 medium tomato, saving the pulp for pasta sauce.
* Place all fruit juices in a sealable container, add 1 ½ ounces of rum if desired, shake fruit juices thoroughly and pour into glasses.

Parts, for example, 1 part orange, 1 parts apple, simply means for every one portion of orange, 1 equal portion of apple is needed.

So basically, the above are the recipes of fruit juices that we have gotten from our teacher! So in the meantime, before the pictures and videos of these wonderful health juices are out, why not take some time to TRY-IT-YOURSELF?
